How it all Began
After losing close to 200 pounds combined, we are frequently asked questions about how we made the change to a more active and healthy lifestyle and how we keep at it. We want to address as many of these questions as possible, and that’s where Filter Free Fitness comes in. We want people to see that succeeding in making lifestyle changes is possible, but isn't easy. In our posts on this website and the other social media outlets we are using, you will see our continued journey without rose tinted glasses. You will see what our journey looked like, and continues to look like without filters on.

Because social media is a huge part of everyday life, and the vast majority of people only show the highlights it's easy to think that everyone else is succeeding and living these amazing lives when in fact they’re not. We want to tell you about our failures and successes and everything in-between. But most of all we want to connect and build a community of like minded people, so we want to hear from you!
